spark plug decision...
anything made by NGK. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY ANY OTHER BRAND of spark plugs. NGKs work best.
They go from the expensive (Iridium, and OEM platinums) to the cheap (NGK V-Power copper).
OEMs, as mentioned above, are NGK double-tipped Platinum spark plugs. They are around $10-12/piece I think.
Iridiums I'm not sure, they're expensive though. V-Power Coppers are probably less than $2/piece, but are only supposed to last ~30K miles or so. In my experience, since I use V-Power copper, after 30K the gap rises from the stock setting of .044" to somewhere in-between .045" and .051". Changing them out didn't do a whole lot, and I probably could have just regapped the old ones and reused them for another 15-30K.
Platinum plugs are supposed to last no longer than 105K miles.

"ngk-r"? never heard of it. AFAIK, there's not a whole lot of performance difference in the spark plugs here... Platinums last a while, Iridiums are supposed to last a while, coppers don't last a while. Coppers generally reduce pinging in extreme scenarios (boost, nitrous, etc.) if I'm not mistaken about past readings, but I don't think their performance is much different otherwise.
www.sparkplugs.com have the iridium and double platinums for the SAME PRICE!! under 12 bucks each

regardless im gonna go with the factory plugs
Torque them no higher than ~18 ft/lbs... the spark plugs should have directions on them (OEM Nissans might not, not sure).
Definitely use a torque wrench to tighten them for best results.
