Writeup on removing Headlamps?

I just purchased AE headlights to replace my stock 2000 headlamps. I have never removed them from the car, does anyone have a writeup explaining whats involved here, I dont want to break anything. Also, do need anything additional to install AE lights on a 2000? Thanks
