P0140 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0160 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

I can't believe two of my O2 sensors are shot. What is the exact locations of them? Which ones of these four should I get:

Bank 1 Sensor 2 = Rear/After Cat?
Bank 2 Sensor 2 = Front Before Cat?

She's running fine. Maybe some extra hesitation when I floor it, but nothing terrible.

I say since you have a 01 its gonna be Cali spec, with 4 O2 sensor plugs infront of the engine. The oxygen sensors are EZ to change, they are the ones BEHIND the cats. Under the car. Sensor 2s are behind the cat and sensor 1s are BEFORE the cats. If you have a aftermarket Ypipe make sure that the wires are not CUT, mine got chopped by a foregin object on the road- cause my car sitts so low, and caused a MIL light to pop on- at like 46K miles. Fixed it and at 100K now still no problems.
