Well it's more like not popping back up. Sometimes, especially during the first 10 minutes of driving the brake pedal does not return, or pop back up, fully. This causes the brakes to be applied slightly. It has happened off and on. Recently (approximately 1,000 miles) I did change out the front rotors and pads. Other than that I haven't done anything.

Anyone else experience this? Perhaps something to do with the master cylinder perhaps?
