Fuel Pressure Question

I have a 2000 Max with 85,000 miles.. I'm getting a misfire code on my c.e.l. At first I was told to do a simple tune up, reset my ecu and the light will go off. I did this and it just turned back on when I put 50 miles on the car. I checked all my coil packs and they are working fine. I get good spark out of my spark plugs. I checked out the injectors with a noid light to see if i'm getting power to them also used a dvom to see if its correct. Now i'm kinda lost. I wanted to check for fuel pressure to the injectors but I can't find where to adapt the pressure gauge. On my 2000 F150 its in plan sight.

Where is this located at? Or do I have to pull apart the fuel line and add an adaptor? Which I really don't want to do. Or am I going about this all wrong and it has nothing to do with what i'm checking?

Any info will be greatly appreciated..

ps. I haven't been on here in a while so I don't seem to have the ability to use the search on here.. plus my computer is hella slow to look thru every thread.

Thanks for the quick response. By any chance would you know what the pressure drop should be for a injector?

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean the pressure drop on the fuel manifold from one side of the injector to the other or the pressure drop from the inlet of the injector to the intake manifold.

What I'm tring to figuer out is how much pressure drop I have from each injector. So when i'm K.O.E.O I should have full pressure to the fuel lines. Then I can fire each injector to see what the pressure drop is throughout all injectors. I can hear my injectors working but I'm not really sure if they are clogged or slightly blocked up. Sorry if I wasn't so clear before, hope this cleared it up a little.
Thanks again.

I'm not needing to replace them. I've already checked them. I made a typo on my first post.

Not sure if you would be able to measure the drop with a standard pressure gauge because it would be so slight with the volume and size of the lines.

I guess you could just compare the readings to each other because obviously they all couldn't be clogged if that is the problem.
