Transverse engine
where the engine is placed across the car in an east-west position (MAXIMA), instead of lengthwise (G35).

You would have to transport the blower to the right side of your enigne, a lot of custom work. And then run the intake tubing to the complete opposite side of the blower/pulley area (left side)

Not possible. The pullies are 90 degrees off. You'd need some kind of right-angle drive. A supercharger may be the easier route. I saw a 350Z with a Nismo supercharger in Frederick, MD (owner of the Nissan Dealership up here). Bad-a$$ ***** car. 450 hp, 450 ft-lbs.

Sorry, I'm dumb sometimes. Saw the little spinning thingy and got hypnotized by the whirling ponies. I deserved that. You-><-Me
The supercharger I saw on the 350Z was mounted on top of the engine like a Ford Mustang. Claimed it was a Nismo upgrade, but I didn't look for a sticker or cast-in emblem.

2 types that I know of, roots tytpe (on top of engine) and centrifigual (snail) such as the one pictured. I've only know about one Maxima w/ the roots type. A lot of custom work though.
