Tint is a must.....then went with the Magnaflow exhaust tips. Then most recently a Berk Intake, and by the end of this week, an FSTB.

get a nice tint..and then make the interior look tight. get leather ebrake boot since urs is automatic, better shift ****. and also LED lights in radio and climate control and gauge. just make the interior look nice and different... then upgrade the performance, that's what i'm doing now.

Upgrade whatever is most important to you first. What is the most important for you, handling, performance, looks or sound system? If you are looking for handling, then go with a rear sway bar for starters. Then upgrade the suspension after that with new springs and shocks, or even coilovers. If you are going for looks, then maybe start with clear sidemarkers or brighter, whiter lights or interior light mods. As far as performance or sound system, you need someone elses' help with that.

You can mod it any way you want - with one mod or fifteen...
I modded in this order

1. Tint
2. Speakers (cause the stock Clarion suck)
3. 18" and tires (cause the cost of those cheap Potenza's is ridiculous)
4. 350z sport horns
5. Front Strut Bar (ebay)
6. Maxspeed springs and with Tokico HP blues Struts
7. AE Door Sills
8. New fog lights with PIAA Super White Bulbs
9. JWT Pop Charger (this should be #4)

I think I am done.

Check www.courtesyparts.com and ebay for some good deals.

I was thinking it over and I think i'm going to go for performance/handling first, exterior 2nd, and interior last (which would include my sound sys.)

Then for handling, get a FSTB, struts/springs, a RSB (if you think you still need this after the struts/springs upgrades, because some people will say that you don't really feel much of a difference adding a RSB if you already have a stiffer suspension)... go here for more info on struts/springs:
http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/sp..._decision.html

For performance, get an intake (either Place Racing or Berk/Frankencar, depending on if you want cold or warm air, respectively), then follow this with headers or a y-pipe (depending on how much time and money you have) and then cat-back exhaust.... if you don't wanna do that much... intake and cat-back is fine...

Just remember that these suggestions are all based on what others would like to do or what they've had (good) experience with... its your money and your car, so ya need to figure out what ya want.... have fun modding and I'd suggest also doing as much of this yourself cuz that's the only way to really learn about the car....

Actually, there are some simple exterior mods that are cheap and easy to do.... clear corners... tint... various bulbs.... painted calipers...

Oh yeah, and if you still have those stock Potenzas... that should be the FIRST thing you get rid of... trust me....

There is a reason we call them CRAPtenzas. These things are f*ckin horrible and will kill you. Simple and plain: they are bad tires.

You've done too much to your car to get rid of it.... just get headers or some sort of F/I and you'll never think about a 3.5 again... besides, you don't wanna lose sleep over the HIDs like most 3.5 owners do....

And a good intake that be.... I'd recommend that too... Bryan aka Cobymoby is great to deal with and prices are very reasonable....
