You've got a few clips on top that hold it onto the upper support.
All the bolts under the car that hold the lower splash shields onto the cover.
Behind each fender liner, on the side there are two bolts that you need to remove that hold the cover up onto the top edge of the fender.

Disconnect the side marker lamps and fogs while you pull the cover off the car.

Thats all there is to it.
