Got my 2001 5spd ECU, what should I have Nissan update/reprogram with consult II?

I finally bought a 2k1 5spd ECU and Im trying to figure out everything i need to have updated/reprogramed. So far the TSBs I can think of are:

NTB01-036/ITB01-029 - updated MAF reprograming
NTB00-070a - PO420 code removal
NTB01-018A - Fuel cut TSB (and part# 23710-4Y914)

QUESTION: I got the fuel cut tsb code from Ice's old post about this which says its for a 2001 with v-rated tires and 17s. The ecu I bought is a 2k1 5spd for 16s. Is there a different code/part# for my ECU or what???

Anything else I need to have done?

ECU is encrypted with the V rated program from the factory, it can't be changed via Consult, I tried a few times and it won't lemme do it. Part #s change for cars that have Convenience package with 17" wheels and 5spd, to just base GXE 5spd.

sorry im confused, is there a different part # for the latest fuel-cut tsb for GXEs? Or is 23710-4Y914 the only one for both models? I have the old tsb which says 23710-4Y903 for base and 23710-4Y913 for v-rated.

914 was the only one for both models, but when you order it they ask you for a vin number and I guess it comes pre-programmed. Its so expenssive from the dealer, that even with an employee discount that I have it is not that cheap- over 600 bux. When you give them the VIN of the car they will program the ECU for what it needs to have- V-rated tires, new MAF, P0420, options on the car. When I tried ordering a new instrument cluster for my car, they couldn't send me a SE cause I have a GXE, and they needed the car to program the miles.

ok i see, thanks for the info. I've decided not to bother with the dealership. I'll just live with my auto ECU for now and let TS dyno tune my car this winter with the new ecu after I get headers and a udp.
