H4 xtreme white PIAA, weak high beam.

Anyone has experienced a really dim high beam with the extreme white bulbs? I was driving in mountains, and the low beam was way to limited on distance, turned on the high beam and light output was very weak yet far. Are there better bulbs than PIAA for high beams with the H4 socket?

All blue/purple/pink/etc coated bulbs are weak when it comes to light output.

Some more than others.. .
