Completed the drop! See PICS :)

Just replaced me OEM struts and springs this past Saturday with some Maxspeeds and some Tokico HP Blues... the look and ride is awesome. I also installed the FSTB since the struts came off. You can view my pics at:

Thanks to housecor's website and his great How To write up.

Nice work.... I just got my struts/springs done this past weekend too... I had planned to do it myself, but since I was getting new tires mounted, I just got FASHIZL to do it all for me... yeah, I know... it was lazy of me....

Here's what it looks like now...

Guess I forgot to mention that those are HPs with Progress springs I have on there...

They are 18" rims so I don't know how much bigger you want me to go (I did not want any bigger). The Maxspeeds probably have the smallest drop that you can get. My main goal was eliminating the gap in the front, which was achieved.

Did not want to slam it. My goal was to eliminate the gap, and I did.

Good Job!

You can easily see the drop, especially in front. It looks great!
I have Maxspeeds/stock struts. How do you like the HP Blues?
Were they $275 with or without springs?

Thank you too. I took a poll on the rims with family and freinds and these are the ones they chose... majority won... I'm happy with them for now. I really like the Spiders and may switch to those in a year or so.

I like it! How much did it drop? I need to keep mine basically stock in the looks/sounds dept (I drive clients around occaisionally), so I'd only want to drop mine about that far. Looks good!

Yeah man, its great.... the HPs work well with the Progress springs and I love the handling now, I guess having Illuminas would be so much more awesome... its an incredible improvement for such a small investment... also, the drop looks decent even with stock rims... the ride isn't harsh, although its a little bouncy over mid to larger bumps.... highway driving has been smooth so far...
