Moisture in Headlight 2001 Anniversary

Can the headlight be removed and taken apart to dry out, or is it a closed unit? Also, how can avoid in the future?

2 bolts on top and unit will slide out of one clip and 2 tabs on fender side. take the bulb out and let the housing dry out. Check the outer shell for cracks. You can reseal it with clear sealant around the edges where the lense meets the black rear housing..... That SHOULD take care of it, if nothing else is wrong with it.....
