I knew I've already gone through the 36K mile warranty period. Is that for the vehicle or the original owner? Thanks.

If you bought your car new with the standard Nissan Warranty then yes, its 5 years or 60,000miles which ever comes first, for the car.

Thanks for the reply. So it doesn't apply if I am the second owner? I bought it used back in March.

Did the dealer you bought it from offer the remaining factory warranty? I'm not sure if Nissan's warranty is transferable.

the factory warranty is valid regardless of 1st or 2nd owner. ...unless the 1st owner did something that invalidated the warranty. you can call nissan to check. i'm the second owner on my car, bought from a nissan dealership and they stated the factory warranty was still applicable.

Powertrain warranty automatically transfers just like the 3/36.
It's $0 deductible btw.

Definitely not a salvage title. Thanks a lot for the info guys. Now hopefully they'll fix this freakin wheel bearing problem under the powertrain warranty.

Yep just had some warranty work done and I'm at about 55K. I sure hope nothing else goes wrong. I'll then have to be saving to fix my car instead of modding it.

But it's powertrain only until 60,000, right? Isn't the warranty on everything else over at 36k?
