The smell is apparent when the heat is turned on. Its an awful smell like rotten eggs. My ses light is on becaues of the pre cat, but its been on because of this since car had 5k miles on it. So can it be that the precat is clogged or it just not doing its job. Shouldnt the main cat kill the smell? Another thing, maybe a seal in the manifold is not tight and letting out the smell? Any ideas on this problem would be helpfull.

That sulfur smell comes out the exhaust pipe when the cat isn't doing it's job. Sounds like somehow the smell is coming from an exhaust leak and is traving up to the heater core. Your fan then blows that heat and the sulfur smell inside the car. Replace your cat and look for exahaust leaks.
