Brake Question

What would cause the brakes to squeal only when warmed up and only when turned to the left or the right? It's like a cyclical sound like I have a bulge in my rotor or something that only scrapes when the wheel is turned.

I'm sure it's the brakes since the noise started after taking it to "Just Brakes" which I will never do again.

Anyways, gonna be fixing it today, could it possibly be the heat shields on the back of the brakes or something else?

Could be the brake pad wear indicators.

They are new pads, so I know it's not the indicator.
