LSD for Maxima?
It would allow power to be distributed evenly to both front wheels increasing overall traction and allowing you to launch better. Every car has a differential. The opposite of a LSD is an Open differential, which is what the car comes with unless otherwise stated.

lets stop spreading the wrong information. Pulling to certain sides is called torque steer, not associated with lsd or non-lsd

Lets put it this way...
One wheel is on ice and one wheel is on dry pavement
The wheel on ice will keep spinning and the one on dry pavement wont. That is because all the power is being transferred to the wheel that is easiest to turn.
With a limited slip differential the power is transferred by the diff to the wheel that is on dry pavement so both will spin together.

interesting read
Only in excessive wheel spin will the LSD effect acceleration. I have an VLSD in my car and it torque steers like crazy and I can only feel the effects of the limited slip when traction is elminated and even then it doesn't do that much.
