se is basically bone stock, the only plus of the se is the spoiler and the titanium rims, unless they got that

Not all SE come with the titanium rims.

ALL SE come with sports suspension and wider tires. GLE has a softer suspension - gentle ride, more body roll.

I love the sporty feel and look of the SE but if you want luxury - go with the GLE.

you can get the SE with pretty much every option the GLE has...it might not have the meridean package, but that would be it. so a fully loaded SE would basically be equal to a fully loaded GLE.

that is a good price as far as ive seen, mine was more than that unfortunately.

I'd jump @ that probably, see if you can lock down the extended warrenty too.

thanks guys, i thought the warranty still good until 60.000 miles and don't have to pay extra for that? is the GLE have same performances with the SE, i mean with 4 automatic which is faster for accelaration? should i wait for the SE or just take that GLE! thanks

That's kbb value so no it's not a good deal, but it's not bad either.

My '02 is loaded -Nav with 29k miles and it books out at about $18k private sale.
