short throw for my 2000
no its not. Ur shifter will be shorter but ur actuall shifting from gear to gear wont be shorter. U have to go buy a STS from a site. Most ppl put the B&M, Pascetter or Stillen. I think they are overrated. Get the STS from Courtesy Parts. Same short throw as 350z

not too sure about that 350z comment, wouldnt it be differant due to Z being rear wheel drive. but anyway get a sts, its well worth it. if anything it looks a lot better than the foot long stock shifter. that and its a cheap mod and easy to install.

b&m is an awesome company. i would have gotten that one but i recieved my pacesetter as a gift, and ive been really happy with it, i liek the ability to adjust the throws and height, not sure if the others allow that, btw i had to remove the heat shield from around the cat because of clearance issues.
go to ebay and get one form there. i did and it works fine. you'll just need to get a new **** (cause i couldnt remove my stock one). But if you are looking primarly for looks, then just chop the stock one and jbweld another **** or something.
Well im not willing to pay 200 for a STS and btw i always had a negative feeling about adjustables sts like one day the Sts would just fall and the throw would become impossible. yeah i know its strange but im just taking my precaution besides i think my throw is great and it really is a quick flick of the wrist and its in.
