Can a anniversary key be programed for a 2002?

Did a search and could find this answer.
So I ask, Can a anniversary key be programed for a 2002?
Any info on this would be helpful

I'm thinking yes, since the keys off Ebay say they are made for 2000-2003 Model year cars. Also, 2000 is when Nissan started using chipped keys for Maximas, so I'm thinking as long as it has a transponder, you should be ok. Don't quote me on that though.

I'm sure they can be cuz the key are the same as the 00-01' I like those AE keys, they have the "Maxima" on it

im sure you can, i just ordered keys off ebay and it says it should work for 2000,01,02,03 ... i'll keep ya posted when i get them
