Part # Needed (Missing panel on SE/AE)

I am in need of the part number for the missing panel under the drivers side rear tire. The panel covers the fuel lines and seems to have been deleted on all AE models. Any help would be appreciated as I am visiting Nissan Friday morning.......

Good luck, My dealer Gillman (Houston) had the Parts Manager tell me the part was declared Un-necessary on the 2001 Maxima therefore it was and optional component and wanted to charge me $21 for the $9.94 part
