Need help removing trim

can somebody write a quick how-to on removing the dash trim in order to change the light that shines down onto the center console? also....is there anyway to change the color of the bulbs in the shifter that light up the gear (i.e. P, R, N, D-3, 1, 2)?

im not sure if auto is different, but in a manual, all you do is remove the screw from behind teh coin tray and then pull up on the center console. the light is attached to the part you remove. you should see it. like i said, it may be different in an auto.

I was just about to email you something bout this 03on18s. But that link will work. Just pry up in one of the back corners of the automatic plate. Most of it is held down with snaps.
