Quick help please!

I'm in the process of fixing my VIAS and everything came undone fine except for one of the wiring clips that connects to the VIAS. There are two connected to the VIAS, the black one came off fine but I can not get the brown/green one off with the green arrow. I have pushed up on it as hard as I can, tugged on it, etc. and I can not get it off. Anybody know how to get this thing unclipped?

Push the green arrow down torwards the part it is hooked up to, after it bottoms out pull up on the connector while still pushing down on the green part.

Yes, it is kinda hard and yes it is a crappy design.
