Hi. I am having some problems with rear windows. They open very slooow, and if its cold outside it takes 4 times as long to open. And they make this sound like the motor is going to die. My 98 max has no such problem.
Any one else has/had the same problem?

PS I don't really want to replace the motor yet, but are there other options available?
