Please Help suggest Christmas Ideas...

Hello everyone,

My boyfriend is an avid user of this site, and has always wanted me to buy him car related present, but I have no idea what is good (I'm not a really a car person). I have a budget about $150 which I know isn't alot but I was hoping I could get something he would enjoy.

If you have any suggestions please send them my way. Thanks!!

Oh I'm sorry I'm sure that would be helpful...

It might be limited because I don't know what all he has and I don't want to list them all because I'm afraid he will figure out that I'm talking about him.

But here is what I can remember...
Has lowered his maxima a couple of inches, sway bar(?), air-in take, he already has it tinked (but thanks for the idea), has a good sound system, and he just got new tires a couple of months ago.

That is just a few but I'll think of some more...

Is there something I can get for his headlights or tail-lights to make the car more up to date.

well im guessing he probably already has all hyper white bulbs or xenon, so i dont know what else you can do for the lighting situation...does he have the Anniversary edition pedals and door sills? look at www.customenterprise.com and see if you can find something that you think he will like and he doesnt have. I think the AE pedals and door sills really make the maxes look a lot better on the interior, but if he already has some, there are a lot more things out there to get, just look on customenterprise, im sure you'll find something you think he'll like

I would say that Anniversary Edition door sills and pedals would be a nice gift (and shift **** if it's a stick-shift).....I wouldn't get any lighting or mechanical stuff-if he's like most of us here, he's very picky about how his car looks on the ouside and what brand/type of performance products he uses.

But I think pretty much everyone here likes the A.E. door sills, pedals, and shifter ****. And if you get all of them, you will be around/under the $150 you wanted to spend.

classy....

I agree the ebrake and shift boot is a nice idea too. You can get nice leather ones for the maxima from www.redlinegoods.com . Not sure if you'd be able to get them by Christmas though, since the company is in Europe and might take a while to ship.

Thanks for all the great ideas and websites.

So is a shift boot the leather that is around the shifter?

I'm pretty sure he already has the aniversary pedals and has a metal shifter, but he always complains that it is hot in the summer, so I was thinking about the shifter that lights up...is that getto looking or a good idea.
