I discovered a couple of large chips/spots in the finish of one of my rims and am in need of assistance for restoration.
Also need advice on how to remove Crazy Glue from metal surface...long story.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

There are places that refinish damages rims. It usually costs $80 or $100 a rim though. Try www.rimpro.com/ or do a search on the web for 'rim repair' you will get a bunch of hits.
For the crazy glue, try nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol.

Thanks for the help guys. As it may, I did try to get the Crazy Glue off with the nail polish which was the cause for the paint being stripped. Not only is the glue still stuck, I now have the spots where the paint is gone.
Did I mention that these spots on my new rims that I just put on yesterday.
Oh well, I'll try when time allows.

i just put a wax finish on my rims because i was having the same problems with the chips here and there...the wax helps when you want to remove all that break dust and, if i remember correctly, i think it does help protect the rim from any more damage....
