I had several good runs tonight. Last summer and fall I could not break out of 15.9. I was running lots of 16.0's and 16.1's too. Tonight I had one 15.6 and two 15.7's. My trap speed is up too. I'm at 88.9 vs. last summer's 86. I think my CAI is the reason for that. The new tranny is helping too. While it's not as good as my 15.47 or various 15.5's, it's close enough.

I think it did, but I'm unsure if that or the new trans solenoid had more impact.
Judging from the trap speeds being up, I would say that is the reason. Usually your trap speed is related to your HP.

Paul, is your tubing outside the splash guard or inside? I had my tubing inside the splash guard at first and then moved it so that it is facing forward through the splash guard. There is a noticeable difference between the two positions. Maybe next time you hit the track you want to reposition the tubing if you don't already have it that way
It's inside the splash guard. I'm lazy. Next time I go will make an effort to position it outside. Did you cut a hole in your splash guard?
