K&N is the best you can buy, in my opinion.

Yes, now that I think about it, my first "Mod" was the k&n drop in filter...since then I've updated my intake about...oh...5 different times until I was finally satisfactory with it.

yeah i am the same way, i just bought one of those "Air hog" Drop in filters, do not know if it made a diffrence, but it seems to be a LITTLE smoother. you know how it is when you first buy a car, it starts out small, then BOOM, the small tings turn into big things, and so on.

I'd be interested in hearing more about your filter. How does it sound? Any perceivable loss of low end power? How hard is instalation? Etc.

Thanks!
