just put on my new 18's and the car vibrated terribly! so I went and got them rebalanced and the problem is a little better, but not much! Has anyone had problems like this with aftermarket rims? Or any suggestions as to what to do next? I heard that there are a few different wheel balance machines.

Most modern wheels are hubcentric and require rings. Did you do self install or did a shop professionally install?? If not get a set of hubcentric rings and bingo.....
