well it depends on what you mean by screw up. It will remove 2 pre-cats. You will have to relocate oxygen sensors... You should still pass emissions after a good warm up....

redteg. Good luck on getting the HS headers to fit properly. There have been issues on then fitting correctly on the 2k2 and 2k3s. Be careful

i keep hearing about their fitment issues. has hotshot done anything about this problem? why are the later batches of headers fitting differently? they make excellent horsepower and this would be a great xmas gift to myself however i am kinda skeptical about buying them now. are this an issue with all of their late model headers or are they just some here and there that dont' fit properly?

Well. To my knowledge there hasnt been a fix to it yet. U can call HS and see. IMO i'd go with the cattman headers. Fits just right, with no probs. He address any issues there may be and doesnt leave you trying to figure things out. I did a dyno of the cattman headers and its showed a 30hp increase over a cattman y-pipe in certain areas of my power band.

the guy at hotshot offered to install a set for free (of course i have to shell out the money for the headers) to prove to the org that they do fit no problems....guess you have to be in so cal though

Save yourself some money and get a Y-pipe instead.

I love my Cattman exhaust. It passes emissions just fine.
