Is it possible to warp your rotors in under 10k

Im curious to know since i got all rotors and brake pads replaced at 65k, i now have 75k and was curious to know if my rotors can we already warped. I dont race, or brake very hard for that matter. The only reason i ask is because when i was going over 50mph and had to slow down quickly i felt vibrations in the steering wheel and didnt feel that great of braking power, dont know if it can be the roads, just wondering. Thanks.

I never slam the brakes, and usually only commute approx. 2-10 miles with no long trips.
Im just wondering if maybe the reason my steering wheel was shaking because maybe the ground was a little wet and the tires didnt have the greatest traction, because i would be shocked if my rotors were warped i dont drive that hard at all.

my oem rotors warped for the first time @ 9k miles. while most of my driving now would be spirited, i really was not hard on the car til after 15k. nissan cut the rotors and replaced the pads the first time. they warped again and they replaced the rotors out of goodwill @ 30k.
