Does anyone know how 2 transfer the mileage from one speedometer to the next?

 

There's a circuit board that you remove from on your old gauge cluster.

you have to get the same type of cluster, i.e. a 2000 max will not be compatible with a 2002 max, or maybe even a 2001 maxima

but you can definitely do same year cars, i.e. 2000 with 2000

remove the cluster from your car, remove the circuit board (there's only one, it's the size of the cluster) and put it in place of hte other circuit board for your other cluster..

it's not hard, everything is held in by small screws. if i recall correctly, theer are 9 screws holding the circuit board to the cluster

 

Another way to do this if u want to pay is to toake it to the dealer and have them change the mileage.

 

i want to transfer my miles too, b/c i moded one and i wanted to keep the stock one....as is, so when i sell the car, just put it back to stock...

 

I have a 2K1 GXE and bought some SE gauges from a 2000 on ebay.Sent the SE gauges to some guy in england and he set the mileage to whatever you want.I think it cost 125.00
