You want to shoot for ~13.5 across the board (plus or minus a few points).

howd they manage to get your car not to downshift?? Or did they go part throttle, then floor it once they got to 3600? The results are usually better when they get up to 4000, let off till 3400, engage the dyno, and floor it.
