i too got this code. My car has had these following issues -- and I REALLY hope it's the MAF's fault:

1) Wouldnt start without giving it gas
2) Would dies at stop lights
3) In Neutral or Park, it would have a abnormally high idle, or cycle between 1600-1800rpms.
4) Wouldn't drop to normal rpms when I let off the gas
5) Would stop hard, because idle was high
6) At one point, it refused to rev above 2400rpms, was astonishingly gutless.

Had any of these Kebrandon?

the maf is repondsible for determining a/f ratios @ wide open throttle and partly respondsible for the a/f when cruising around as well as the primary o2 sensors. the maf can fail all together and the car will not rev over 2.5k rpms or it begins to fail and you can experience hesistation, lower than typical acceleration, rpms flucutating on their on, etc.
