Put it away and save it for college rainy-day fund. Trust me, there are times you wish you had some cash tucked away to pay the electric bill, car insurance, etc (or the occasional 2 kegs for an impromptu party )

Autos can be moded too, and I don't see anything wrong with doint that. Plenty of 13 second A/T Maximas on the ORG, 3.0Ls and 3.5s. BlkShadow, you need to stop smoking **** and pull ur head out of your azz.

MisterMax- you gotta be kidding with the AUTO vs 5spd DE-K comment, I don't think you ever driven a PROPERLY modified 3.0L Maxima with a 5spd. I'm talking no nasty body kits or ADR wheels that weight 100lbs each, dual exhausts, and 8 TVs inside with Gucci seats. You might be in for a really rude awakeing when you see no HIDs or clear style tail light just pulln away from you. Each engine can make a Maxima really fast, no need to hate on us 3.0L guys.

 

$200 and you don't have to worry about expenses for ish like college, clothes, etc. then I say you just blow it on good times, like a ticket to an upcomming playoff game or something like that.

my comment was not directed toward the general crowd of u 3.0 guyz blackbird, but rather to blackshadow that is why i quoted his post. blackshadow's post however was specifically knocking on the auto guyz tho...just a thought.

You are correct, Hal's car never ran 11s. The only maxima to run 11s was Mardi's car... and yes it was Supercharged. It's now Turbocharged though

 

I gotta call BS on plenty of 13-sec autos. Name them? 3.0s(2 below) and 3.5s besides Blu(sold his car) and Jime's

You forgot about juice who is nicely into the 13's on Potenza's and with the stock muffler. If you know how to run at the track 3.5 auto's can run 13's with just bolt ons.

 

auto 3.5 can run 13's with a couple of bolt ons im hopeing to run 13s by the spring ill get back to you on that.

driving an auto at the track isn't hard, floor it and hold on. Yes I know there are some launching techniques and Drop resistor mod for track use

 

I'll be in the 13's this spring. Maybe lower by next year. I'm hoping that with a little bit of effort I can blow my A/T so I can convince my fiance that it's worthwhile to swap it out for a M/T. I think a supercharger just might do the trick...

Now, for that $200: add 50 hp by way of Vinyl stickers... can I suggest something in a Japanese script?

I spent a whole lot of dimes on mods and notice a difference
