I talked to this stupid lady that told me that Nissan does not cover any TSB's under warranty. I then told her to lookup TSB # NTB01-018 (the fuel-cut TSB) and read to me what it says, So she read it to me. I then asked her how and why the consumer should pay because Nissan messed up. This is what she told me "it is the consumers responsiblity to look into these things before they buy a car." I then asked "are you kidding me!?" She then told me "it is not our responsiblity". I then said "Nissan customer service and customer relations sucks and I will never buy another Nissan product because of this."

What should I do? Who should I call and talk to now?

Why are you bothering with such idiots? It's covered under warranty; bring it to a dealer.

they dont want to cover the brake judder TSB under warranty because I replaced my brake pads with non-nissan brake pads. Notice I never said anything about my rotors because I didnt touch them.

You are being fed BS

Screw Nissan NA and find any other dealer besides the one you went to. One of them should be happy to do the work. Call around for dealers. Also, you may want to contact your local Nissan Rep in the area. They may be better about it. Sounds like that lady has no clue.

Ditto !!! And if you anyone at Nissan NA feeds you a line of crap like that again, be polite and utter the magic phrase:

"I'd like to escalate this issue!"

That'll get the job done.

For me, I would ride a bike to the dealer late at night. Throw paint filled ballons at the cars parked at the dealer. Then ride the bike and leave immediately to hide at a nearby hideouts.

This is what I do when people **** me off. I have yet to try itchy powder or rat poison.

Does it help solve the problem or just make you feel better?

I remember when I was in Gr 6, someone **** me off, I threw away ALL of his homework and he ended up failed the whole school year...... I am not kidding!

Also, in my Gr 5 year, a guy ****ed me off really badly. I ended up throwing ALL of his stuff, including bag and calculator, into the dumpster. Of course, this was done during lunch time. That guy didn't even know what the hell happened.

its not the people on the phones
I actually had to read part of my owners manual to one of them. She gave me the crap line again as before (not covered). I said, go get the owners manual *I will wait*. 4 mins later she returns. I said, read page X, paragraph Y to me. She got about half way through it and exclaimed "you are right, well I'm sorry, thats not what they tell us to say. you will be covered."

WTF IS THAT???? some service
