Folks,

Is there any way we can obtain the service records on our Maximas such as if recalls have been performed or not? Can the dealer share that info if current owner is not the original owner performing the repairs?

Service recs might be tough unless you know which dealer they went to....

however -- factory recalls are recorded in the NNA database by VIN #, so if it has been performed, it WILL show in the computer.

I have a question about that do you know if you need to go directly to the dealer or can you just call up and give the vin# over the phone, I had a problem before with that.???
