What to bump (set) timing to for 01 Max with 3.0

Like the topic reads. What should I get the base timing set to for 93 premium fuel? Any one know of a dealership in NoVA/MD/DC that will bump the timing for me? I have to install the rear oxygen sensors (new) and get the ECU reflashed so I might as well get the timing bumped while I am there.

Try posting this in the regional forum... there are some guys there who will know. Someone mentioned that they knew a tech at Brown's Nissan in Fairfax, but I haven't had to do any work there yet and can't find his info anymore....
