That is a hell of a deal IMO. That car if taken care of could/would last a lot of years still and I bet you'd still get close to what you paid. Terrific deal.

This car is fully loaded! Auto, bose, sunroof,in good condition........
hmm, does not sound too bad at all. just last year i sold my 98 gle fully loaded for $7000, with 72k miles on it. so it looks like not too bad of a price. as long as it was taken care of, and has records, and the tranny is good, with no slippage, i'd say go for it. also, run a car fax, and take it to a machanic to have the car checked out... that is very important. they can see things that you could never find. I know it is a PITA, but you have to do it.. especialy with that many miles.

In today's economy you cannot expect to get KKB price when selling. If you get KBB price you are extremely lucky. Cars are regularly selling for a couple grand below blue book. KBB Private party value for my 99 cougar is $7500 yet DEALERS are selling them with same mileage and even lower for $5999. Dealers cannot even get KBB value for great condition cars. The economy is terrible right now and it is a buyers market. IF you pay KBB price for a car you are overpaying. Just a thought. My uncle owned dealerships for 20 years and he recently sold them because the market is too weak for him to make money.
