Pothole

Well I did it, Bent a damn Rim. Besides for that, where should I look for suspension damage? I wanna make sure that was the worst it did.

Depending on how you hit it.....turning, driving straight, speed etc...I've seen lower control arms get bent, tie rods, sometimes in extreme cases, there's been structural damage as well. Putting the car on the lift really helps though.

Check to see if your car pulls to a certain side or not while driving. Lift the car up on a hydrolic press and turn the steering wheel all the way left, and all the way right to see if there is any suspension play. Do a few really tight u-turns and see if you hear any pronounced clicking (or even clunking) noises during the turn.

Put it up on a lift if you can or atleast jack it up and make sure both sides look the same as far as suspension and all parts attached, not bent, broken or anything like that.

Well luckily (don't know how its luck But) I was going straight, not turning. The tires are 235/45/18 Pirelli P-Zero Neros. I thought about it for a bit and I have to say that if I had a lesser tire, it probably would have blown. I've driven about 25 Miles or so on it since it happend and the car seems to drive fine. heres some pics.

must have been pretty deep...im guessing you couldnt pound it back in with a rubber mallet or something? at least to lose the look of the huge dent? sounded good to me.
