Depending on how you hit it.....turning, driving straight, speed etc...I've seen lower control arms get bent, tie rods, sometimes in extreme cases, there's been structural damage as well. Putting the car on the lift really helps though.

man that sucks, thats always something i have to worry about here in texas, so i dont wanna go any lower on the profile of my stock tires...good luck, and i hope nothin else was damaged..do you have to use your donut for now or do you have a full size spare?

Check to see if your car pulls to a certain side or not while driving. Lift the car up on a hydrolic press and turn the steering wheel all the way left, and all the way right to see if there is any suspension play. Do a few really tight u-turns and see if you hear any pronounced clicking (or even clunking) noises during the turn.

Well luckily (don't know how its luck But) I was going straight, not turning. The tires are 235/45/18 Pirelli P-Zero Neros. I thought about it for a bit and I have to say that if I had a lesser tire, it probably would have blown. I've driven about 25 Miles or so on it since it happend and the car seems to drive fine. heres some pics.
