Just an FYI. I was hearing a noise similar to a softball bouncing around in my front wheel-well (rumbling noise at low speeds over small bumps). Had it serviced, and they said it was the stablizer link. It's been 2 weeks and the part is still on back order. Service manager at the dealership says they have 4 cars (all 2000) waiting for the same part. Looks like there may have been some problems with that part so if you hear the rumbling, that just may be it...

They claim it must have been a "bad run" on that specific part. Living in MA, the potholes here have been brutal. I wouldnt doubt that one good hit took it out if it was defective. Also the fact that it is happening to the 2K max, the "bad run" may be accurate.
