FINALLY PUT IN MY DDEs :)

After almost 3 weeks of BS I put them in....got the white replacement rings and installed all of them.

The car is dirty and I might just wash it like someone did in their garage. The things I'd do for this car.....

That's why I am skeptical about doing business with Umnitza again....they seem to always have an excuse about something that went wrong.

How does one respond to accusations like these without coming across smelling more badly than before? Anyways, here's an attempt:

1) Akogan, you call about 8 times a day trying to deal with this issue. Each time the phone is picked up and your call is answered.

2) All your emails are always answered, ALL OF THEM.

3) We have a supplier problem, the warehouse has 2 new employees, they don't have all the training they need, as a result problems arise.

4) The communication between customer and vendor has always been clear

5) To MaximaPolak - there was NO BS! That's a rancid allegation I will not agree with.
USPS delayed delivering the product to you 2 days longer than necessary, it was shipped when you asked. The fact that you CONSTANTLY asked for the same tracking number that was provided to you, does not indicate BS on our part.

6) Finally, it's clear the product works well for you. Where's the ultimate gripe?

I've never done business with you all so I don't have much room to talk, but...

The supplier problem is an understandable issue to me, but in the end, most customers don't care. They just want the part when they expect it. If there were issues with the supplier or the warehouse, the customer should have been made aware of them before ordering. If (and only if) they were, then I don't see any "BS" coming from umnitza. Otherwise, I'd be complaining too.

When the order was made, it was made clear to the warehouse that we had the right parts in stock.

It was also made clear exactly what "configuration" an Altima and Maxima kit was and it was made clear that a Maxima owner did not need 2 different colored rings.

All of this was communicated. Unfortunately, my warehouse shippers have 2 new guys, they probably misread the information or were busy doing the wrong thing.

I never claimed that this wasn't our fault, what I took offense to was the "bs" comment which had NOTHING to do whatsowever with how we have been actively trying to solve the situation.

Even though I received the wrong kit for my car and had to send it back at umnitzas cost and wait to get a different one I still give Matt at Umnitza props. The guy has the best customer service I have ever seen anywhere. He always answers my phone calls and responds to my emails within a couple minutes. When I called him and told him that I had received the wrong kit, he printed me return labels and had my new kit sent out the same day. If you ever have a problem like this with another company they will keep you bouncing on the phone from one operator to another and wont take care of you as quick as Matt at umnitza. I personaly dont think there is any BS at umnitza, just great products and the best customer service ever.

I dunno, I got the 9-LED bulb from superbrighleds.com and I think it's way too greenish/blue and it doesn't fill up the lense well at all. I'm pretty sure that's not what Polak has.

I am one of the original people that order these from Matt and I also got one that was broken on arrival. I called him, he answered and sent me a new one.
More companies need to work this way. I think Matt is a upstanding person and a asset to the org. People need to cut him some slack. He seems te take care of his problems as fast as anyone could do.
Matt, thank you for all your hard work for this community.

I never said their costumer service was bad, but the delays were a great inconvenience to me. Especially since I paid for 3 day shipping so I could do it over the weekend.

BTW: THE CAR IS CLEAN SO I WILL BE TAKING DAY PIX TOO

I'm gonna have to defend Matt and Umnitza on this one. They're one of the best sellers I've ever dealt with, when it comes to after sales support. When you buy stuff online, especially custom products, there are bound to be a couple mixups or confusions here and there. However, when a seller does their very best to assist you, sort things out, and resolve the issues, you can't ask anymore than that.

There are way too many completely satisfied Umnitza customers out there. I'm not surprised that people still post ignorant threads and statements on here. And one by one, companies stop supporting the Maxima "community"

I left them hanging behind the headlight because the wires from the rings were too short. I hardwired all of the rings because they kept dimming out...the connections were bad.
