I'm a relatively new maxima owner. Do any of you know how to disable the RDS on the Bose 6-disc/cass radio? I had my car into the dealership for it's first service and even they couldn't figure it out. Short of calling Nissan, I figured I would ask here first. I can't find a button or a menu that allows me to disable the RDS. If I can't disable it, then so be it. But I want to. HELP!

 

It's sent via the radio signal so i doubt that it can be eliminated, so long as you have it tuned to that station.

 

It cannot be disabled.
I wish it could be. It is an annoyance.
