(1) Kill the wheel gap
(2) Clear the sidemarkers
(3) AE those headlights

I'm not huge on chrome rims, but that's just my humble opinion.

something that wont cost much, i agree with busta totally for this car show. in the long rin, i also agree with triple8, but thats if you have the extra cash. keep your rims if you like them, but they wont be many people on here's taste.

GO TO home depot and buy some mirrors, they sell for i think 10 dollars for a 6 pack, its usually in the tile section( its a mirror tile)

Put 3 per wheel, itll look really good... Also clean the car and thats about it.

Igor, I think this thread is only open to those with "bling" rims bigger than 18" so that rules me and you out....

1 and 2 for sure. And detail everything.

I'm not a big fan of chrome rims either, but the overall 'look' of the car will be better after the drop.

I'd go with:
-front/rear clear corners
-lowering springs
-paint your headlights black (AE)
-sound system if you already dont have one
-clean the car like crazy and do the mirrors like teddibear said

Are those 20inch rims that you're riding on? I doubt you can drop your car if those are 20 inch rims.

1. Clean and detail any and every part of your car cleanliness is the biggest thing at shows. (No trash, leaves or pine needles in the wiper cowl area).

2. Car shows have two audiences 1.The judge(s) for about 5-10 mins looking at and scoring your car, tell them about your car anything to help them understand the cars history, daily driven, if you do the mods your self, etc, etc.
2. Then there are people who come to the show the “crowds” of people. To recognize your car and work.

3. Show your entire car open up the hood, doors and trunk.

4. Having a mod sheet and car stats is good to have I make one for each show and is it up to date w/what I have I the car at the moment and I use some picture frames and set in front of my car.

5. Put a nice coat of armoral on the side wall and the tire tread so the tires are nice and black and shiny.

6. Take a cleaning supply bag w/any cleaning stuff in it so when you get to the show you have stuff do any last minute wiping down or cleaning.

7. Let your seats back and have them even both driver and passenger, don’t have any paper, trash etc, showing or laying around in the car. Turn your steering wheel straight.

8. Watch for kids and people wanting to touch and sit in your car.

9. Be polite as possible about questions and be as knowledgeable about your car because you never know what questions you might get asked.

10. Pick a good parking spot and park straight, watch for trees, ant beds etc, etc.

5 Years, 44 Shows, 37 Awards

it's good to have a dispaly stuff to show your mods and car background etc..etc..year,color,

I really have no problems with rubbing at all. The only time I rubbed a little was when I had two of my friends in the back seat and hit a big bump. Other than that it is fine
