I have been hearing a "Quinch" kind of sound coming from the engine. When the engine fan turns off the engine makes that sound. When I accelerate and let go off the pedal it happens again. Could it be the Pulley?? Can someone tell me how to post a video with sound so I can record it and post it here so you guys can hear it
