on stuff like this:

- Will the dealer void my warranty if I add a mod?
- How hard is it to install XXXXX?
- What does XXXXX stand for?
- How often should I change my fluids?
- Am I retarded for not searching or reading the sticky thread first?
- Should I pee before I go to sleep every night?
- etc.

Thoughts? Ideas? Comments? Questions? Suggestions? Donate money to me?

I believe this will cut down on the repeat posts and let us spam... I mean participate more.

Sounds good... but I'm not sure how to get people to read it. I mean.. a lot of that is already covered on the FAQ...

experienced posters should volunteer to add posts for the subjects you listed, make a list, Kev, and then have people pick and choose which they will address.

Hmmm..... that's sounds good also. People can then add their expertise whenever they get a chance.

Volunteers to search for stuff that has already been posted or note new things that deserve to be FAQ'ed will also be helpful. Any takers?

Good idea.
This will definitely help all the newcomers and people like myself who are constantly thinking of things to do next for my Max. Although the search is my #1 option, it has not always been so kind. Looking forward to what you guys come up with.

Yup... we can be mean and only say, "Search for it" or "Use the search feature that's what it's there for," but having a FAQ would really cut down on the repeat questions.

We should make all the new members go through a "tour" of the list of FAQs and then "verify" their memberships after they know what the FAQs consist of and where to locate them. That way they will know where to find the answers to their questions when the time comes. Just an idea...
