hey I've done some research and a bunch of reading, but which springs are stiffest and which ones are softest? the ones that I know that fit our 5th gen are

Eibach
H&R
Progress
Sprint
B&G
Intrax

I know how low each one will make the car, but just unsure of stiffness... thanks for the help!

I'm running eibachs, they're supposed to be stiffer than the H&Rs.. Sprints I've heard quality concerns.. the others?

Well, law of physics says that the lower you go , the higher the spring rate it has to be in order to hold up the weight of the car!!!
So go figure!!!

But, ppl say that Eibach are stiffer than H&R which could be true if the spring rate is confirmed...H&R is usually 25-30% stiffer than stock, same as B&G!!!!

But B&G drops more so, it has stiffer feeling ride for sure!!!

Nope the laws of physics don't say that. The lower you go the stiffer you *want* it to be so that you don't bottom out. There is no reason you can't have any stiffness at any height for any weight.
