those 2 screws sticking out the back go thru 2 holes in the bumper, and then a nut goes on the back of each.

if the 02-03 fog fits inside the hole, you can make a bracket the will hold them in place.......

i like the clear look of the 5th gen fogs myself im sure you can figure out a way to fit them in there...i mean c'mon..ur the home depot mod king...just make sure that if you do, protect them with lamin-x because one of mine has a hole and the other has about 6 pretty large cracks...

thats really weird, because in a previous thread, i heard horror stories about the fogs cracking as well...hmm...well all i know is i need to get new ones before more water gets in them and blows my super plasmas out..i dont even turn them on in rainy/foggy conditions because im afraid that water will get in....and the hole isnt exactly small either...when i took the housing out to install my super plasmas, there was a ton of dirt and small rocks stuck inside the housing, so i had to tip it upside down to get all of it out...

Are ya going offroading or something? I've had my Max in the DC area for almost 3 years now and have never had a problem with my fogs cracking... and yes, we do have potholes here... might not be as bad as other places... but there is plenty of crap to go around on these roads.... but anyways... just wanted to let ya know that I've never had a problem with my fog light lenses....

sounds good Joel....actually, the fogs are on my workbench downstairs for some lens cleaning/polishing and it's too crappy out to put em back in , so I'm rockin the GXE look today

With any luck I'll be putting in my HIDs this weekend (if the harness gets here) and won't be thinking about fogs....

I live there too and are on my third set now in two years. Of course, that's about 8 years of normal driving for your average joe.

Yeah... isn't your mileage like 300k miles year or something? My car only has 37k miles cuz my commute from Alexandria to DC was only 6.5 miles each way.... now its 3.5 miles each way from home to school...
