this friday i went to da races at woodbine and 16th (sorry didnt meet ya bob) with sum of my friends. Well one of my friends brought another friend who had a 2k se auto. i asked him if he wanted to race and he said ok. so after everyone is there we drive to another location to go race. we had 2 races in total. i have to say these 2 races where the closest races i have had. at first i thought he would have a slight advantage being a se, but that was not the case. the two cars we pretty much matched up. we both have no mods and both auto. first race i had the slightly better start, and i won by about a bumper, second race he had the slightly better start and he won by a bumper. then he raced a v6 accord coupe no mods. he lost by about 2 bumpers, with a ****ty start. but i was very pleased that both our maxs were matched up. all in all, i have learned i need mods, and i need them FAST!!!!!

I would think the two would be very close in a short race: the SE only sports a firmer suspension.

Does the SE have a different gear ratio than an SE? Maybe, maybe not.

From what I have seen from both of the cars, only the SE has suspension changed. Even the GXE has still the same engine and tranny.

If anything all of them will run basically the same 0-60. The SE might have an ever so small edge over the other two because of a firmer suspension. But besides that, they all the same. Not a damn thing different, and maybe you won the race because your reaction time was better than his.

The wheels will also make a difference. The 17" SE rims are pretty heavy. I don't know about the 16" GLE rims though.
