Dealer tells me to take car to get fixed?
I have the A/T slipping problem so I took it to the dealer. They said that they do not fix that at the dealer and I need to take it to a Transmission shop. I thought that warranty stuff had to be done at a Nissan Dealer. Has anyone else been told this?

go to a dealer that is busy and has alot of busines..
dealers who dont get much customers act like jack offs
i had my tranny replaced fully covered under warranty.. with a 2 day free rental.
and if the dealer gives you prolems .. call 800 nissan help or nissan usa or nissan 1... its one of those

that is some bs man--I work for a nissan dealer and we dont turn down any work unless the customer is an *** hole--any way most of the time nissan will not let us rebuild some trannys but usually if there is a problem we would replace it with a new or rebuilt ine that they send us. havent really seen problems with the automatic--have you tried looking at the fluid to see if it burnt? just flush it--it will either get better or worse. (just a suggestion-you probly already tried it)
