Is it possible??? Need help!!

Yearsterday, I went to a Nissan auto service. They stated that:
Customer states horn stays on all the time (had to disconnect wire from underhood to stop the noise temporarily)--------ALL TRUE!!!
Checked all wires related to the horn, checked relays. Found both fuses for horn missing. Replased missing fuses. Horn works normally now. Checked harness and continuity again, good horn works normally.

My question: Is it possible that horn can work without FUSES?????
They charged me 94$ for this two f***ing fuses!!!

or no open circuit. basically, the blown fuse freezes the circuit. open, closed, whatever. the blown fuse was the issue.

How can a missing fuse, that creates an open circuit, allow the horn to work?? It has to be getting power from another source...simple electronics.

No.

You brought it, they fixed it, they charged their hourly rate.

The only thing you can "do with it" is learn from it.

No offense, but unless they honor an official complaint by you, your chance is already gone. You allowed them to do the service and you paid them. You agreed to what they asked.

If your alarm is not working, then you may have a case. Looks like they failed to diagnose a more complex issue and just charged yuou 93 bucks "because they can". Well they were greedy for 93 lousy bux and it may punish them "zhadnost fraera sgybila".You can take the car back to them and tell them thatwhat they did caused damage to your alarm, and they must fix it at no add'l charge. Go talk to the mngr and see what he says. If he agrees to fix it free of charge then fine, if dont, you can call the cops and get your 93 back. Or you can always go to another place. Good luck

Please don't call the cops over this...that's not their job and they're busy enough with real crimes.

No, doing that is fraud and you can get arrested.

If you didn't want to know the truth why did you ask the question?? Yes you got hosed but if you defraud them they will come after you for the money.
